Emergency Bag (RemBel B.V.) respects the privacy of visitors and customers and handles personal data carefully, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


What data do we collect? When you place an order or contact us, we may process:

  3. Payment details (processed via our payment provider — we never store your full card details ourselves)

Why do we process this data?

  3. To comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping requirements)

Retention period We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Order data is kept for a minimum of 7 years due to Dutch tax record-keeping requirements. Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.


Sharing with third parties We only share your data with third parties where necessary to fulfil the agreement (for example, with our delivery partner and payment provider) or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with any party that processes your data on our behalf. We never sell your data to third parties.

Security We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use, including a secure (SSL) connection.


Your rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact us via info@emergencybag.nl to exercise these rights. We respond within 4 weeks.
